No. Subscribing saves you more money per pack in every way possible. There’s no subscription fee – you only pay for the boxes you order (plus you get FREE delivery…)

In fact, you could cancel your subscription after receiving your first order just to save money, secure free delivery, and get the free bonuses… things you don’t get by buying one box at a time or going to the supermarket.
(We know it may seem weird that we’re telling you to cheat the system, but we’re so confident that you’ll love our snacks, we hope that you’ll want to stay subscribed to regular deliveries!)
PLUS there are no fees for cancelling and you can leave for any reason.
No. Our snacks are made in a completely Gluten Free factory, so there’s no chance of cross-contamination in the creation process. PLUS each Crema is individually wrapped so you can keep them safe from contamination at home and out-and-about!
To deliver our snacks for free and give you as low a price as possible (even lower than our supermarket prices!) we have to ask for a minimum order of 2 boxes for regular deliveries.
BUT you can choose how frequently they’re delivered, so it’s easy to control the amount you have – simply choose a less frequent delivery schedule and pay for boxes less often.
We suggest subscribing to 2 boxes every 6 weeks because this allows you to have at least 1 pack every day without running out.
If more than 1 person in your home eats them, or you need more than just 1 a day, then we suggest increasing to 4 boxes every 6 weeks. But of course you can set your subscription amount and frequency however you’d like to!
Of course! When you subscribe, you’ll get access to an easy-to-use members’ area on our site. You’ll be able to edit your flavours, quantity, delivery schedule, and details from there.
It’s also where you can cancel your subscription.
Because we’re still a small brand, we have to plan our stock carefully. This means that once you have confirmation of an order, it can’t be edited or cancelled.
As we grow with your continued support, we hope this is something we can improve.
However, you can still cancel or edit your subscription before a specific order is confirmed (this is usually up until a few days before your regular delivery date).
Yes! Although we’re a Gluten Free-First brand, our snacks can still be enjoyed by people who aren’t Coeliacs or who don’t follow a Gluten Free diet.
No. Although we have plans to introduce products that help cater for our vegan and dairy-free customers who are Gluten Free, our current range contains cream which is not vegan or dairy-free.
